Anthony Palumbo is a Senior Associate Attorney at Menicucci Villa Panzella Calcagno PLLC. He received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1998 and is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. Anthony is a transactional lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, together with a focus on commercial lending. A significant portion of his practice involves managing the commercial lending department within the firm. Having gained a deep understanding of the complex regulations and laws that govern these transactions, enabled Anthony to provide expert guidance and support to private and institutional lenders.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Palumbo gained invaluable knowledge and experience during his career in his own private practice, with considerable success working on various litigation matters, including personal injury, commercial litigation, landlord/tenant proceedings and administrative hearings.
Mr. Palumbo also spent 8 years as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University lecturing Business Law to undergraduate and graduate students. Presently Anthony utilizes his passion to teach by always taking the time to educate, clarify and assist his team members throughout the day to effectively ensure that every matter and client gets the appropriate attention.
