Daniela Guerrero is an Associate Attorney at Menicucci Villa Panzella Calcagno PLLC. She received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2013 and is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, and is also admitted in the Federal Courts of the Eastern District and Southern District of New York.
Daniela’s focus is in the Firms commercial real estate practice group, particularly commercial lending, clearing pre-closing matters for the institutional lenders as well as handling their loan modifications, and assignments. During 2020, Ms. Guerrero closed over 1000 Paycheck Protection Program Loans for small businesses that were approved and funded by Empire State Bank. Upon joining the firm in 2015, Daniela concentrated in commercial litigation and handled a wide scope of general civil matters, including corporate and contract litigations, real estate litigation, civil litigations, Landlord-Tenant proceedings, and personal injury matters including premises liability, auto insurance defense, construction liability and labor law.
Ms. Guerrero graduated Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics. During law school, Ms. Guerrero held a judicial internship with the Honorable John A. Fusco, Supreme Court Richmond County, a judicial externship with the Honorable William F. Mastro, Appellate Division Second Department, and internships at the Kings County District Attorneys’ Office and Richmond County District Attorneys’ Office. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Guerrero spent time at insurance defense litigation firms.
Ms. Guerrero is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Richmond County Bar Association.
